Pashinyan has addressed a letter to the Parliament on Monday, pointing out that ruling Republican Party of Armenia (RPA) MP, businessman Samvel Alexanyan was absent in majority of parliamentary sessions, which should have brought forth for depriving him from the mandate.

The opposition activist demanded to be presented the basis of the absences and the respected ones. Society should know why Alexanyan was not deprived from the mandate. Besides, the population should know that an MP suffers from chronic diseases, requiring a long-term treatment.

Pashinyan claims he knows two MP-businessmen (the other is head of Armenian Football Federation Ruben Hayrapetyan) with ۷۵% absentee, anyway RPA has included them in the proportional list. Thus, it shows an irrespective attitude towards the legislative body.
